If there’s any city in the world that needs no introductions, it’s New York. Maybe that familiarity is what prompts us to tag it with so many nicknames – The Big Apple, The Five Boroughs, Gotham, The City So Nice They Named It Twice – we could go on, but then, the city that never sleeps waits on no one!

It is hard to disagree with foreigners who frequently refer to New York as the greatest city in the world. And the Soho Grand Hotel, considered the city’s first boutique hotel and named to Conde Nast Traveler’s Gold List, serves as a luxurious and well-located sanctuary to embark on exploring the all the sights of the city, which can feel as legendary as they are endless: The Statue of Liberty; The Empire State Building; The Metropolitan Museum of Art; One World Trade Center; Greenwich Village; The Guggenheim; Ellis Island; Central Park; Times Square.

From the Soho Grand Hotel, guests also enjoy walking-distance accessibility to famous clubs like the Blue Note, lesser known venues like Zinc, and a host of restaurants, art galleries, quaint shops on cobblestone streets, comedy outlets and the bustling, invigorating energy of the city that locals refer to as the “real New York.”
